COMPREHENSIVE PERSONAL SERVICES:
* Consultation
Better Hearing of Madison County, LLC will explain how your ear conducts sound waves to your auditory nerve. We can inform you about today's choices in technology, and the styles available. Better Hearing of Madison County, LLC welcomes questions and informed clients.
* Otoscopic Inspection
Using our state of the art video otoscope, we will photograph your ear canal. This checkup insures that no wax build up (cerumen) or obstacles impede the effectiveness of your ear.
* Tympanometry
Measures the activity of the tympanic membrane (ear drum) and identifies any existing problems that may require medical attention.
* Hearing Evaluation
(Pure tone Testing)** Determine if amplification is appropriate for you. Once a year we will screen your hearing. Using a clinical audiometer, we test your responses to indicate how amplification can allow you to hear well. We work with you and your family to determine the best instrument for you.
* Speech Evaluation**
Testing your understanding of speech in a controlled environment helps to determine your success with hearing amplification and which type may help you.

Better Hearing of Madison County, LLC electronically analyzes your aid's circuits. We measure the performance and specifications of your aids.
* Hearing Aid Adjustments
Better Hearing of Madison County, LLC will adjust your circuits (when presenting your aid) to provide you with the quality of sound you would like.
* Computerized Programming
