Treatment is individualized according to the patient’s needs and is provided using state of the art technology. The first step in treatment for spinal pain includes conservative modalities such as anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. If pain persists beyond 3 months, the next option for treatment may involve minimally invasive methods. These methods include epidural injections, various nerve blocks, and intradiscal procedures such as percutaneous disc decompression, with or without the use of laser, as well as Nucleoplasty and Annuloplasty (Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy, IDET). Since 1989, Dr. Singh and staff have been providing pain relief to the people in northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Pain Diagnostics Associates is located in the quiet country community of Niagara, Wisconsin. In addition, our physicians also travel to clinics in: Oconto Falls, Wisconsin; and Escanaba, Ishpeming, and L’Anse Michigan.
