Central Care Cancer Center provides comprehensive, state-of-the-art cancer treatment and support services under one roof. Utilizing a multi-disciplinary team approach, the Cancer Center combines professional expertise, the latest technology and a friendly hometown touch - "Complete Cancer Care Under One Roof ".
Surgery, radiation therapy and chemotherapy are the three basic cancer treatment modalities. Our team approach promotes a closer relationship between the patient, the referring physician and the cancer specialist. With this essential team communication, the patient is assured of receiving the most comprehensive, customized cancer treatment.
Once treatment is complete, close follow up with the referring physician and surgeon is vital to a successful outcome.
The Cancer Center is staffed with professionals trained to meet the specific needs of each patient. Central Care Cancer Center participates in national treatment protocols. Both inpatient and outpatient chemotherapy services are available.
An important part of the team includes professionals representing the areas of home health, nurse case management, counseling, dietary services, chaplain services and rehabilitation services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy. Patient education and other resources are available with community organizations working with Central Care Cancer Center.
