Payment Policy
We are committed to providing you with the best possible medical care. We will gladly discuss your proposed treatment and answer any questions relating to your insurance. We must work together in order for you to receive your maximum benefits, and for us to be reimbursed fairly for our services. Your co-pays are due at the time of visit.
Referrals: If a referral form is required, it is the patient’s responsibility to obtain this form from the primary care physician prior to any appointment. Failure to obtain a referral form may result in a reduction of benefits or may require that your appointment be rescheduled.

Practice Hours
College Hill OB/GYN is open Monday – Thursday from 8:30am to 5:00pm and on Friday from 8:30am to 2:00pm.
Appointments
If you would like to schedule an appointment with one of our physicians, call our office at 316-683-6766. In order for us to serve you better, we now have a second location on the west side of Wichita. Please be prepared to give us your health insurance information when you check in.
Prescription Refills
If you have a prescription medication that you would like to have refilled, simply call our office at 316-683-6766 during our regular office hours. Prescriptions will not be refilled after hours.
In Case of an Emergency
If you need to contact your physicians during a time when the office is closed, call our office at 316-683-6766.
