Interventional Pain Management
Pain Diagnostics Associates physicians specialize in advanced interventional pain management. Lead by Dr. Vijay Singh, a pioneer in the field, the physicians and staff at Pain Diagnostics are dedicated to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic pain and related disorders using the most advanced and least invasive interventional techniques. Our goal is to improve our patient’s quality of life and self esteem.

Treatment is individualized according to the patient’s needs and is provided using state of the art technology. The first step in treatment for spinal pain includes conservative modalities such as anti-inflammatory medications, physical therapy and chiropractic treatment. If pain persists beyond 3 months, the next option for treatment may involve minimally invasive methods. These methods include epidural injections, various nerve blocks, and intradiscal procedures such as percutaneous disc decompression, with or without the use of laser, as well as Nucleoplasty and Annuloplasty (Intradiscal Electrothermal Therapy, IDET). Dr. Vijay Singh, Dr. Chandur Piryani and Dr. Katherine Liao are Interventional Pain Specialists who provide diagnosis and treatment of spinal pain and related disorders.
Since 1989, Dr. Singh and staff have been providing pain relief to the people in northern Wisconsin and Upper Michigan. Pain Diagnostics Associates is located in the quiet country community of Niagara, Wisconsin. In addition, there are four satellite clinic locations: Oconto Falls, Wisconsin; and Escanaba, Ishpeming, and L’Anse Michigan.
