G&I Homes, Inc. is a family owned and operated business providing factory built housing throughout upstate New York. The company was founded in 1965 by Gerald and Irene Bushey and the name was derived using their initials. Gerald and Irene retired in 1998 and sold their business to 6 of their sons and 2 daughters who all work full time running the company today.
The corporate office is still at the original location in Schuyler, New York on Route 5. Through the years the company has expanded to other locations in Upstate New York. The Oneonta location opened in 1984 and Brewerton followed in 1986. The Whitney Point sales center was acquired in 1995 and the Vernon office opened in 1996.
Selling over $30 million in homes annually, G & I Homes is the largest retailer of factory built homes in New York State. We have made a tremendous investment into state of the art equipment and vehicles to be able to deliver our homes in a professional and timely manner. We take great pride in delivering only the finest manufactured and modular homes to our clients.
