The Copper Colander is a 6,000 square foot kitchen store that sells high quality kitchen tools and gadgets, cutlery, gourmet foods including an extensive line of Montana Made Products, cookware, bakeware, and small appliances. In addition, we offer cooking classes, free demonstrations, a bridal registry, a culinary resource, and a CC Club Membership through our website at www.coppercolander.com.
The Copper Colander sells over 50 varieties of Montana Coffee Trader, Hunter Bay and Neighbor’s Coffees in 1/2 lb. and 1 lb. bags, ground or whole bean. We carry a full line of pre-packaged and bulk teas from Tea Forté, Mighty Leaf Tea and Marketspice.
At The Copper Colander we house a large “state of the art” kitchen where a wide variety of cooking classes are taught. Each class corresponds with guest chef’s menus, current holidays and our monthly themes. Many of our classes offer sample wine pairings provided by Simply Wine. Susan Olsen, the Culinary Center Coordinator, manages all aspects of the store kitchen facilities by scheduling and organizing all cooking classes, private classes/events, Lunch and Learn classes or programs sponsored by employers for their employees. Susan is also available to answer your questions concerning recipes, product use, or maybe you just want to share a tip with us.
