American Dream Builders was established in Great Falls, Montana in 2001. We, Jim Zarling and Scot Davis, are an owner-operated, custom home builder with over 80 years of combined experience. We are dedicated to promoting professionalism, credibility, creativity, quality craftsmanship and vitality in the home building industry in Montana.

Our goal is to maintain the quality of home building, in Great Falls and the surrounding area, by providing industry information and educating our customers and the public. Our hope is that by providing this information we will continue to increase ethical and professional standards in the industry. Increased standards will enhance and create a positive image for our industry with existing and potential customers.

American Dream Builders firmly believe that a satisfied customer is the key to success in Montana. We are committed and creative. We bring a "can do" attitude to each and every one of our custom homes or projects. We are professional and credible and we are ready to take on the challenge of building “Your American Dream Home”. Our goal is to build our customers safe, affordable homes and promote a professional, positive image in the industry.

American Dream Builders have been proud members of the Great Falls Home Builders Association since 2003. We have participated in the "Parade of Homes" in 2004, 2005, and 2006. In 2004, the custom home entered by the American Dream Builders won the "People's Choice Award."

In 2005, the custom home we entered won "Best Kitchen", "Best Overall Design", "Judges Overall", and "Craftsmanship" awards. In 2006, the custom home entered won "Best Kitchen", "Best Floor Plan", "Best Decor", "Craftsmanship", "Judges Overall", "Best Curb Appeal", and "People's Choice" awards. Builder, Jim Zarling, has been "Home Builder of the Year," in 2006 and 2007. We are very proud of the awards we have won and we thank all who have helped us garner these awards over the past few years.
